Sally Hansen Dry Kwik Nail Color Dryer ($4) is an easy brush-on formula that makes nail color dry to the touch in just one minute. It helps to prevent smudges and smears without dulling shine, for a flawless manicure. The mineral oil it contains also moisturizes and nourishes the cuticles. To use, apply nail color; let dry one minute. With light strokes, brush Dry Kwik over nail color, cuticles and surrounding skin. When nail color is completely dry, and massage excess oils into cuticles to moisturize.

Recommendation: An affordable quick dry coat for your nails. It does a good job drying the polish but you’ll still need to be careful with your polish as you will get smudges if it rubs against anything hard. It completely dries and becomes smudge resistant in about 20 minutes, not the 1 minute that it claims.

Some different ways you can use this:

Apply after lipstick, add a dab of this glossy balm to the center of the lower lip for a subtle natural glow
When lips are really dry, chill the balm in the fridge first and then apply it for a cooling, soothing effect
Sweep a dark lip tint over lips for a subtle evening shine
For color-phobes, apply the clear tint for the most natural look

Recommendation: I would pass on this due to the price and the lack of color. It gives really smooth and moisturized lips but with no visible tint which was what I was expecting. It looks like clear lipgloss on the lips.
