NYX Auto Eyebrow Pencil ($4.50) has an easy application pencil tip. The color applies smoothly and blends expertly for natural looking-brow color. The tip is shaped like an oval giving you a more skinny tip to fill in the ends of your brows. A built-in brush brush allows you to blend color and style your brows. I really like how there are 8 different colors to choose from ranging from light brown, black, to charcoal that you can pick out the right color for natural looking brows. I love everything about this eyebrow pencil, including the price!

NYX Single Eyeshadow ($5.50, 0.09oz) is richly pigmented and with over 160 shades available. These are great eyeshadows at an affordable price! To me these are comparable to MAC, lots of pigmentation and easy to blend at a 1/3 of the price. A lot of the shades are comparable to MAC’s and other big makeup brands. The colors are available in many different textures:
Shimmer: Sparkly eye shadow with soft glittery effect
Matte: Flat color with no shimmer or frost
Sheer: Hint of opalescent color
Glitter: Eye shadow with glitter to create bold sparkles
Frosty: Shimmery eye shadow without glittery effect
Metallic: Bold colors with intense shimmer

NYX Eye Pencil ($3.50) provides a smooth and creamy application and is available in over 50 shades. I really like the variety colors available which also come in different textures: matte, shimmer, and glitter. I got these eye liners at IMATS at a discounted rate for I think $2 so I thought I’d buy a couple of colors to try out. Surprisingly the pencil is not hard like I expected it to be and glides on easily with my body heat softening the pencil. I expected all the colors to be shimmery since that is what it looked like on the end of the pencil but the blue and purple were more matte than shimmery. I think these pencils are a good substitute for the more expensive colored eye liners like Make Up Forever but the only downside is these are not waterproof.
