I was skeptical that this was just another face wash that claims to help with oil but it really does work. I have used the Deep Invigorating Foam Scrub and thought this would be similar but it definitely isn’t! The scrubbing particles are gentle on your skin but effective enough to remove dead skin cells. I am ready to go and try the cleanser/mask version of this Shine Control Scrub which is probably just as great.

Recommendation: Love it!! I noticed how great this product was after my first use! My face noticeably produced less oil around my t-zone and I didn’t need to blot my face as often as I normally would. I won’t start my day without this face wash now because it really keeps your face from becoming oily early in the day.

SWEET:

  • Start by smoothing Photo Finish Luminizing Foundation Primer onto clean, dry skin to fill in fine lines and extend the wear of foundation.
  • Sweep the pink shade of Cheek Duo in Sultry/Sweet across the apples of cheeks and blend.
  • Using Eye Shadow Quad in Softly Seductive, wash the vanilla shade from lash-line to brow bone. Pat the pink shadow along the lash-line, blending up to the brow bone. Using the taupe shade, create a soft line alone the upper and lower lash-line. Finish with a natural coat of Hyperlash Mascara in Blackout.
  • Dab Photo Op Under Eye Brightener below eyes and inner corners to brighten.
  • Apply a sheer slick of Reflection High Shine Lip Gloss for an ultra-flirty pout.

Recommendation: Super long volumizing lashes that come off so easily with warm water. I love it! I prefer this one over the original fiberwig. The packaging is a little plain, the brown color is so blah and the shiny reflective handle is so cheap looking but the quality inside is great.

Estee Lauder Wild Violet Pure Gloss ($20)

Ultra-light, ultra-sheer, clear gel gloss sweeps on a splash of color and wet, luminous shine. Electric Coral and Electric Violet are exclusively to the Wild Violet collection for Spring 2011. I really like the Violet shade. It gives a hint of color to the lips without being too pigmented like lipstick. The glosses are also not sticky which is always a plus.
